Creamy Gravy
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or GF flour)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped mild green chiles (Optional, but highly recommended!)

Combine all ingredients (except chiles, if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a large saucepan (add chiles, if using) and whisk over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
