Pub Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup chickpea miso
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- powder from 1 probiotic capsule
- 1 1/2 cups vegan beer I use Shiner Bock.
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.

Pour into a storage container. I recommend a pint size mason jar.

If you have an Instant Pot or other device with a yogurt setting, place the jar inside and set for 12 hours. If not, cover with a coffee filter or several layers of cheesecloth, secure with a ring lid or a rubber band, and set in a warm spot for 12 hours.

Cover and refrigerate before serving. It should keep for 2 weeks.
