Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Optional
- 1/2 teaspoon black mineral salt
Directions
1. | Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. |
2. | Pour into small sauce pan and whisk constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly. |
3. | Serve immediately. |
