Hollandaise Sauce (Vegan, Gluten Free, and Oil Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into small sauce pan and whisk constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately.
