Ingredients
- 4cups vegetable broth
- 1/2cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2cup raw cashews
- 1/4cup nutritional yeast
- 1tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1small can chopped mild green chilesOptional, but highly recommended if you are adventurous!
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except chiles, if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large saucepan (add chiles, if using) and whisk over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
